Accommodation cancellation terms
- Notification of cancellation of accommodation must be sent in writing to congress Secretariat at info@era.gr.
- For cancellation received by Μay 31st, 2022, no cancellation fees will apply.
- For cancellation received from June 1st, 2022 until June 30th, 2022 one night’s stay will be charged.
- For cancellation received from July 1st, 2022 until July 31st, 2022 two night’s stay will be charged.
- For cancellation received on and after August 1st, 2022 total stay will be charged.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
- In case of early departure for any reason full charge is applicable.
